Try "dear sister," as I am a woman.

Regarding question 1, if you believe that the Bible is true, and if you believe that not being saved means betraying the Son of Man, then it would follow that everyone who dies without being saved would have been better off if they had not been born. This would make sense for many Christians given the mainstream Christian belief in hell as the fate of those who die without being saved; not feeling anything ever would certainly be better than eternal suffering. However, this argument is only worthwhile within a Christian context, as those who do not already believe in the Bible and the Son of Man will regard it as purely hypothetical.

Regarding question 2, no, I don't know. I would expect different people to have different answers to both parts of the question though; some people interpret some sayings as prophecies that other people interpret more literally, and whether or not a prophecy did come to pass depends on how strictly you interpret the prophecy, what history you look at, and how strictly you interpret the historical events.

Dear Brother,

I Would be thankful if you could answer the following which would help to improve my knowledge

1) Ref Matthew 26:24- Good if Judas was not born....
Isn't this saying applicable for all those people who die without being saved?

2) Would you know approximately how many prophecies in Bible and how many of those have come to pass.

Blessings.

Did you miss the part where I said this was directed towards those who embrace the fundamentalist way of interpreting it? I didn't say that was the only way or the way I would choose if I were still Christian. Although I do think there are problems with it no matter what way you choose; I tried every way I knew of or could figure out, and none of them worked for me in the end. But the purpose of this page is to tell people who believe that the Bible is 100% true, whether that means literally or not, that there may be some stuff in that 100% that they have accepted and told other people to accept without ever actually looking at it and thinking about it.

It appears that you gave up believing in the Bible but fully embrace the fundamentalist way of interpreting it.
